Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking highly motivated Senior CEI Manager for employment in the Forth Worth, TX office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Market/Doer

  • Marketing

  • Improve AECOM’s CEI/CM/CPM Scheduling of Highways and Bridge presence in North Texas

  • Maintain current client base and expand

  • Focused on TxDOT (FTW,DAL, ATL,PAR,WFS,AMA), Secondary Focus on NTTA, DART, The T, Rail

  • Develop new clients in new market areas as opportunities present themselves

  • Cross selling AECOM Services to all Clients

  • Assist in Delivering Response to RFQ’s and Interviews throughout Texas

  • Identifying Key Teaming Arrangements

  • Help maintain the CEI Groups winning percentage above 50%

Doer

  • Keep Safety in the forefront and lead the Safety initiatives

  • Keep the Client satisfaction high

  • Manage contracts to maintain the as promised profit margin

  • Hire and manage Key staff to deliver and win new work

  • Manage clients contractors, may serve as RE on larger projects

  • Assist peers with construction issues

Additional comments:

10 % over night travel can be expected

Minimum Requirements

  • 15+ years in responsible charge (RE,AE, Asst AE) in managing, inspecting, and testing materials for highway and bridge construction projects

  • Texas PE

Preferred Qualifications

  • 25+ years, serving as AE/DOC for State DOT

  • AE in a Urban District

  • Current TxDOT Contacts in the area market

  • Former TxDOT AE in North Texas
