Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting Part-Time opportunity for an experienced

Candidate Management Specialist I to join the Fort Worth, TX office location supporting our OCONUS projects. Supports the pre- employment process ensuring documents are completed in their entirety and uploaded correctly to OnPoint. Communicates directly with candidates in obtaining information for document completion. Provides general support, coordination, and assistance to the Candidate Management Team. Creates reviews and updates communications, document templates, and other posted resources. Supports the visa document/passport collection to include background submissions and review for final determination. Request initial submission of background investigations. May be required to request letters of Authorization (LOAs) as well as maintains SPOT data, ensuring data integrity. Updates OnPoint with candidate personal information. Supports the QA/QC process to ensure documents are uploaded under appropriate designation and personnel information is captured correctly.May assist candidates in the deployment process as it pertains to on-boarding.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.

  • Experience supporting multiple projects at one time.

  • Ability to work with confidential information.

  • Ability to prioritize and set goals with a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills and an ability to work with all levels of staff and management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing needs Enthusiastic approach to all you do.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Must have a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.

  • May be required to have a National Agency Check with Inquiries.

  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and background screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on OCONUS Government services contracts.

  • Understanding operations and requirements for the CONUS Replacement Center.
