Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Integration Support Analyst at our site at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Act as lead integrator for incorporating Office of the Secretary of Defense Strategic Capabilities Office (OSD SCO) US Army programs into operational relevance in the Pacific Area of Responsibility. Efforts will focus on providing US Army Pacific (USARPAC) and US Pacific Command (USPACOM) expertise in SCO’s research and development and Program of Record (POR) portfolio. These efforts will include developing Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and portfolio integration into field/command post exercises and other table-top wargame venues. This effort also includes capability integration into USPACOM and Component exercises for operational demonstrations (e.g. Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE)).

The Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide senior level subject matter expertise to USARPAC for strategy, theater campaign plan, theater engagement, and requirements processes of joint SCO capabilities

  • Identify appropriate venues in which to test material/technical and non-material/technical means, develop a test design, execute the test, and evaluate the operational results

  • Provide operations analysis reports of SCO capabilities to USARPAC, USPACOM, and SCO

  • Provide analysis to develop documentation in support of the strategic insight into adversary C4ISR and other cross domain systems

  • Collect and communicate operational requirements and capability shortfalls associated with US, partner nations, and potential adversaries

  • Brief the Commander, USARPAC, his staff, USPACOM and Service Component Staffs on programs and operations supporting Strategic Capabilities

Minimum Requirements

-- Bachelor Degree

Minimum of 10 years of Joint or Service kinetic and non-kinetic targeting and weapons employment experience

  • Must have served on senior level combatant command or service command staff for a minimum of 5 years

  • Must have a range of DoD experience, which may include ISR, advanced weapons, targeting doctrine, etc. Applicants with U.S. Army targeting experience are highly desired

  • Must have experience with modeling and simulation efforts supporting force structure designs and combat effectiveness analyses

  • Must have experience with operations research systems analysis

  • Applicants who have a demonstrated history of innovation are highly desired

  • Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet TS/SCI clearance eligibility requirements for access to classified information

  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interface with staff, technical and scientific personnel

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in scientific field, mathematics, or operations research

- Experience in developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for DoD programs and capabilities

- Experience developing combatant command or service component command CONOPs and CONEMPs

- Experience in testing technologies during command post exercises or table-top wargames
