Position Title Project Manager

Supervise and manage program activities in multiple disciplines covering technical and/or non-technical areas. Such areas include engineering design, development, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of diverse integrated electronic and mechanical systems; operations research; asset management, and program documentation.
Supervise, coach and lead work teams in the accomplishment of goals and tasks in support of specific programs.
Perform and supervise multi-disciplinary technical and/or non-technical tasks for applicable programs.
Interface with customers to determine specific needs and requirements.
Develop detailed staffing requirements, assignments and plans to meet customer needs.
Estimate personnel needs and schedule and assign work to meet completion dates.
Coordinate the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other personnel.
Perform management level customer interface, including responsibility for contractual deliverables, development of responses to the Requests for Quotes and overall task execution.
Develop required technical and management documentation in support of customer technical and programmatic reviews.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

The Project Manager (PM) is directly responsible for all aspects of the effort. The PM must
be highly qualified and possess general supervisory experience, supply management experience and
transportation experience. The PM must have specific management
experience in Retail-level supply, maintenance, or asset management. The PM must have a minimum fifteen
(15) years of management experience in Army logistics operations. The PM must have experience with
financial management and knowledge of Army Logistics Management Systems (LIS). Additionally, the PM
must understand and have the ability to properly implement and manage an ISO / quality management
SECRET security clearance required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) or Rapid Gate.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
