Job Summary

An excellent job opportunity exists for a talented Senior/Principal level Structural Engineer to join our growing Building Engineering team in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

The team provides civil, structural, mechanical & electrical design services to a variety of clients, working in Revit and providing BIM services to the Irish market.

Reporting directly to the Director, current projects include:

  • Curragh racecourse redevelopment

  • Schools

  • Commercial buildings for various clients

  • Hotel buildings for significant client

Minimum Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.

  • Chartered status essential

  • Substantial building structure design experience using all the main materials on a variety of structures projects

  • Capable of working independently and leading a structural team

  • Proficiency in Eurocodes essential

  • A solid track record of dealing directly with clients.

  • Experience in finite element and frame analysis software for steel and RC frames, flat slabs, etc.

  • Revit expertise necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in the Irish market.
