Job Summary

Candidate will provide support for integrated C3 operational and critical infrastructure decision system which correlating data from different data sources. Support end-user application of predictive and rapid event analysis for network and critical infrastructure planned and unplanned events. The Analyst must have the ability to understand the application and uses in detail; must acquire ability to fully understand what is happening during the analytical crunching and fully support end users and missions.

  • Work with users– Requires troubleshooting skills that relies on the “systemic analytical capability” described above. The individual must be able to figure out what is impacting a user on a system. Must be able to triage the problems and determine who can best resolve it if they are unable to resolve the issue themselves.

  • Work with systems / networks– Requires the ability to work with a certified network technician in order to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of system networks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. Excellent communications and analytical skills; demonstrated working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.

  • Position may require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software. Position may require travel.

  • Will require the individual to obtain a Security + and an OS certification within the first 6 months of employment if they do not have one at time of hire.

  • Position requires an active Secret Security Clearance.
