Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities:

Reviews and prepares financial plans.

Determines the availability of financing across each program.

Identifies sources of financing, analyzes alternatives, and recommends financial institutions.

Maintains schedules of outstanding funding.

Prepares analyses of accounts receivable, and administers the collection of past due receivables.

Develops computerized models for financial statements, cash flow projections, debt service schedules and other financial studies.

Prepares other financial analyses and evaluations as requested.

Records and prepares daily summaries of financial activities.

Under close supervision, performs a variety of assignments requiring the knowledge and ability to select and apply standard financial techniques, procedures and criteria.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in finance, business administration or demonstrated equivalent.

  • Five years of work-related experience demonstrating a technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, three (3) years of specialized experience in: financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes; integrated management schedule (IMS)development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for Navy programs and projects.

  • Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

  • Position may require travel.

  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Must be U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ERP and IBPES preferred.
