Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Agile Coach to join our team!

Act as an Agile Coach to the software development team, supervise the transition from waterfall SDLC to SAFe Agile. Assist / and sometime act as a SCRUM master for sub-projects within a larger group. Participate in the daily standups, engage with the management team on effective strategies and assist in the development of unique programs

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have BS in (CS, CE, EE, MATH, PHYSICS)

  • ​Must have Experience with C/C++, Java, FORTRAN, ADA, or SQL

  • Must have at least five (5) years as an Agile Coach

  • Certified SAFe SCRUM Master with one (1) year of coaching experience.

  • Must be a US Citizen to be considered. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with System Architecture Design, System Documentation;

  • Experience with system integration of various “third party” SW/HW products or systems
