AECOM Associate Director in Chengdu, China
China - Sichuan Province, Chengdu
Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists.
May work on mid size projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades.
Degree holder in Architecture discipline. Overseas degree holder preferred.
At least 10 years working experience. Specific knowledge of project type ( i.e. retail, office, hospitality).
Outstanding design ability
Enthusiasm for teamwork and co-operation within disciplines and offices.
Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, 3dMax preferred. Or excellent freehand drawing ability.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin
Overseas work experience is preferred.
