Work, inspire and manage a diverse team of landscape design professionals from around the world.
Lead design in a holistic process oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from the vision to built works.
Lead design and direct a diverse practice and project typology from multi-disciplinary projects articulating complex urban, ecological and social issues to innovative site specific landscape works.
Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications on projects.
Lead medium to large sized projects: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively.
Manage the presentation and report development for clients.
Play a key role in client management and client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field required; Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture preferred.
12+ years’ landscape design working experience; 5+ years as a team leader.
Ability to lead and manage a team of junior to mid level designers.
Excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Experience of landscape design works for large-scale and high profile open-space, park, mixed-use and commercial projects.
Good writing and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
