AECOM’s Global Mission Solutions (GMS) is an end-to-end mission enabler for the U.S. Government with a focus on defense, the IC, and support to law enforcement. One of GMS’s core capabilities is meeting the Government’s need for language-enabled services. We source both cleared and un-cleared professionals who bring expertise in critical and less commonly taught languages along with a variety of analytic and technical skills and are at the forefront of exploiting social media for intelligence purposes.
GMS is looking for an experienced Task Manager to manage and administer all tasks assigned including coordinating the timely completion of all tasks, managing and monitoring the performance of personnel, delegating tasks to the appropriate personnel or teams, ensuring that personnel are trained and qualified to perform all functions, and scaling the number of personnel relative to the requirements. The Task Manager will also be responsible for providing daily administrative and workflow oversight of contractors to ensure the optimal functioning of their units.
Experience in managing programs of 15 or more people.
Experience coordinating, managing, and executing multiple tasks, resources, and meeting customer requirements simultaneously.
Supervisory experience on a language program.
Demonstrated experience managing workflow including reporting status, changes, risk mitigation, and problem resolution.
Work experience within the Intelligence Community.
Possess TS/SCI security clearance with Poly.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
Experience with open source collection.
Proficiency in European language.
