The Program Manager will plan, direct, manage, and ensure the timely completion of tasks for the program. The Program Manager shall be the primary point of contact on all program inquiries or issues. The PM shall be responsible for the performance of this contract to ensure the program requirements are met. The PM shall be responsible for progress, schedule, and cost compliance, and all other matters relating to the execution, performance, staffing, and security controls of this contract. The PM shall ensure personnel are trained and cognizant of the mission and standards. The PM shall ensure that personnel recruitment processes are in place and consistently updated to address current requirements. Shall review and stay current with translation and production best practices and recommend improvements to the Government. The PM is responsible for compiling and providing required operational reports as required and attend weekly and monthly reports with the Government. The PM shall plan, organize, monitor, and control the technical, cost, and schedule elements during the life of the contract. The PM shall track and report progress against program tasking and costs in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
10 years of program management experience including cost and schedule control, staffing, security, training, and personnel management.
Experience managing 50 or more personnel.
Experience coordinating, managing, and executing multiple tasks, resources, and meeting customer requirements simultaneously.
Experience working in the intelligence community.
Current TS/SCI with a polygraph.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
Experience with open source intelligence.
Experience managing linguistic services.
Masters Degree in Business or related field.
