AECOM Material Management Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Summary

AECOM is looking for a

Material Management Specialist at our Chantilly location. The selected candidate must be a team player with knowledge and experience in supply operations including but not limited to receiving, data entry, scanning, packaging, inventory, shipping, transportation and audits. You will have the opportunity to account for, stock, issue and order customer material within the Washington Metropolitan Area. Individuals will be required to lift 50 pound items unaided. We are looking for a professional with proven ability to fulfill customer requirements, be a self-starter, and willing to go the extra mile in meeting changing demands. You will work in a fast pace dynamic environment with other dedicated personnel.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must possess a current Top Secret security clearance with SCI and Polygraph walking in the door.

  • A minimum of two (2) years' work experience is required.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Proven ability to be a team player with excellent customer service skills.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds without help.

  • Must be able to work a regularly scheduled 8 hour shift that will be between 6:00am and 4:30pm daily, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with supply operations in the IC.

  • Solid technical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience with Systems Applications and Products (SAP).

  • Experience within the IC.
