AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Administrative Assistant.
This position is located in a high profile Corporate environment, based out of the Century City (Los Angles) office. The utmost professionalism is required.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with general office and team administration
Prepare or Proof correspondence, forms, or documents
Schedule meetings/conference calls
Make travel arrangements
Process expense and time reports
Ability to handle confidential information is critical to this role
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of Administrative experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team player
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and anticipate ongoing needs
Local candidates preferred
Large company experience preferred
Financial services industry experience preferred
