Job Summary

Our Cambridge Project Management business unit continues to grow to service the region across Health, Science, Education, Residential and Commercial markets where it has successfully secured positions with many high profile clients and some of the largest projects and programs in the industry.

As a direct result of this growth AECOM is currently seeking a full time Associate Project Manager.

As Associate Project Manager you will be entrusted to work on a range challenging projects ranging from £5 to £20m or leading a project management team undertaking large/major projects in excess of £20m under the guidance of the Project Director.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Public & Private Sectors

  • Planning & Programming skills

  • Chairing and minuting Project Team Meetings

  • Leading Steering Group Presentations

  • Managing Change Control

  • Process Setting Project Strategies

  • Contract Administration

Minimum Requirements

  • Provenproject management experience in a professional environment.

  • Proven pre-contract experience

  • Experience of a variety of project types / sizes / sectors

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - written and oral

  • Solid background of project managing small or large scale education projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Qualified – Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree

  • Gained or Working towards Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution

  • APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)

  • Prince2 or MSP experience

  • CSCS card
