Job Summary

From mega developments to super tall structures to luxury residential destinations, our teams of experts work in partnership with owners, design teams and community stakeholders on every project aspect – from preconstruction to turnover – to collaboratively develop and implement optimal plans for flawless execution.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Daily work site presence

  • Monitors that construction is executed in accordance with the Contract Documents

  • Prepares and issues Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

  • Monitors and reports on daily CM and Trade Contractor activities

  • Prepares daily reports of construction activity on site

  • Coordinates construction activities with CM and A/E design team

  • Coordinates construction activities with the client, stakeholders and tenants

  • Coordinates construction activities with airport facility representatives

  • Coordinates construction activities with building inspector(s)

  • Participates in daily/weekly job meetings

  • Participates in Architect-Owner-Contractor (OAC) Meetings

  • Reviews and approves requisitions for payment

  • Observes and investigates safety incidents and constantly promotes accident prevention

  • Exercises Quality Assurance

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Building Design and Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Communications Engineering or related discipline or demonstrated equivalency of education/experience

  • 4+ years of construction field experience

  • BA/BS + six years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience

  • P.E, R.A, or CCM
