Position Title Assistant Urban Planner, Beijing

Complete planning assignments by applying standardized techniques on portions of a project.
Strong analytical skills to conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.
Assist in the preparation of plans and renderings.
Write sections of planning reports and policy documents as directed by senior staff.
Assist in the preparation of site feasibility studies.
Compiles data and conducts research in support of project delivery.
Assist in the preparation of documents to obtain necessary permits.
Assist with producing client material for public hearings or meetings.
Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.
Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Master’s degree in Urban Planning, or relative disciplines.
Familiar with national design code and standard.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Well-versed in Auto CAD, Photoshop applications.
Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Portfolio attached is a must.
Experience working on large-scale international projects.
