Job Summary

Finance lead for at least one business line.

Monthly Resourcing plan and capacity reports update.

Perform project performance review including project plan review with project managers on key projects, assist in defining corrective actions and strategies to maintain profitability.

Prepare project status report by identifying key issues and propose action plan and follow.

Review and approve new set up projects cost breakdown and cash flow forecasts.

Monthly AR BDP WIP review.

Reconciliation with inter-company and sub-consultants.

Projects billing and invoicing, time sheet checking.

Ad-hoc projects and other tasks assigned by finance manager.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree, 6- 8 years working experience in finance area, including minimum 2 year experience as business partner or on project management.

Sound understanding of financial and statutory compliance: US GAAP & PRC GAAP, other local accounting and tax regulations.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a dynamic environment.

Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good communication skill with good command of verbal and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous working experience with Oracle & Accpac is an advantage.
