AECOM Field Technician in Baltimore, Maryland

Job Summary

The Baltimore, Maryland office is seeking a qualified field technician who will be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and who possesses strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills in order to interact with all levels of employees and clients.

The successful candidate will serve as field technician for a wide range of water projects including: Sewer System Evaluation Surveys (SSES), Infiltration & Inflow (I&I) remedial design and sewer

rehabilitation design for a number of municipal clients. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • MACP Sanitary Sewer Manhole Inspections

  • Dye Testing

  • Smoke Testing

Minimum Requirements

  • The candidate must be in possession of a valid driver’s license upon employment that is in good standings

  • Must be able to drive and operate a full sized pickup truck

  • Must be able to read maps

  • Must be able to implement and follow health and safety plans

  • Must be able to enter data using electronic devices (ie. Tablet, Toughbook, Smart Phone)

  • Some heavy lifting may be required
