Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the EAGLE contract for a TPE-Planner Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for the overall functions of Theater Provider Equipment (TPE) Planner personnel.Provides guidance to TPE Planner personnel and resolves conflicts. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all areas governing the TPE Planner system, LIW, and supply methodologies. Responsible for defining, organizing, and assigning activities to accomplish project/program goals.

Responsible for the management of the property accountability and asset visibility tasks performed at each respective site.)Responsible for the Individual training / certification programs at each respective site. Responsible for assisting in quality control and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) at each respective site. Responsible for customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the contractual and corporate compliance of work performed. Implements and maintains corporate initiatives.

Responsible for the compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines. Other duties that may be assigned to meet company and departmental goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Specific contractual requirements regarding education and experience prevail where applicable.

  • Must possess knowledge and experience in the use of Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE) and Web Logistics Integrated Database (WEBLIDB).

  • Must possess the ability to prepare necessary documentation (automated and manual) to provide visibility of property utilizing the Consolidated Property Listing (CPL) for data queries.

  • Must possess working knowledge of PBUSE skills necessary to complete required tasks.

  • Must be able to extract data elements from the CPL. Must possess knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies and procedures or other applicable guidance relating to receipt and/or issue of stock or property items.

  • Knowledge/experience with the Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB), and Logistics Integrated Warehouse.

  • Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills.

  • Must possess the ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.

  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.

  • Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.

  • Four to six years of related computer data analysis experience is preferred. Needs to understand how to query, import/export excel files into a searchable data base.Specialized knowledge and skills:

  • Computer Skills: Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE)

  • Logistics information Warehouse (LIW) Capabilities such as:

  • WEB Logistics Integrated Database (WEBLIDB) Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP)

  • Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB)

  • Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS/FEDLOG)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint), and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs Supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Overseas experience a plus.
