Job Summary

AECOM is seeking to fill several positions on our new program supporting the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Program Management Office (PMO) in Arlington, VA. IPPS-A will provide Personnel and Pay services to all Army components (Active, National Guard and Reserve). This is newly awarded contract for AECOM and provides opportunities for long term employment. The following is a list of current personnel needs. This list will change as positions are filled, but you're encouraged to apply as there's potential for other opportunities as well.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidates must be a US Citizen .

  • Active Secret Security clearance is required.

  • HS Diploma is required and some positions required College degrees.

  • Relevant experience is required for each position.

  • Experience with SIDPERs, eMILPO, MILPERS and/or TAPDB is required for Analyst positions.

  • PeopleSoft experience required for IT positions.

  • Microsoft Project.

  • Candidates without an active Secret clearance may be considered as long as their deemed clearable.
