Position Title Ethics and Compliance Administrator

This job can be based at either our Arlington or Glen Allen, VA office.
AECOM is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Administrator for our Ethics and Compliance department to report to the Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.
What You'll Do:
Read, summarize, and assign Ethics Hotline complaints for investigation
Coordinate internal investigation updates with in-house attorneys, human resources professionals, and internal audit staff
Analyze Hotline metrics for patterns and trends
Prepare presentations for senior executives
Maintain the ethics and compliance intranet page
Document and respond to questions from employees about the Company’s ethics and compliance program
Coordinate payment of legal bills
Assist with export licensing administration
Prepare expense reports
We're Looking For:
One or more years of related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint;
Ability to interact diplomatically with diverse stakeholders responsible for internal investigations across a multi-national company
Ability to multi-task and function effectively as part of a team
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree is desired but equivalent experience may suffice
High school diploma required
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
High degree of personal integrity and ethics with uncompromising standards
A commitment to professional development
Candidates local to Arlington, VA preferred
