AECOM Tishman is actively seeking an experienced (10 -15+ years) Senior Superintendent for a residential construction project in Washington, DC.
Superintendents are an integral member of any Project Management Team, and will have direct impact on the level of service in delivering a successful project.
As such, Superintendents must remain steadfastly focused on AECOM Tishman’s four strategic drivers, which are:

Project Performance Goals:
Safety – understand OSHA rules & regulations, adhere to the Site-Specific Safety Plan, and remain vigilant in identifying and correcting potential hazards.
Customer Satisfaction – develop and maintain good customer/client relationships throughout the project.
Quality – take an active role in Tishman’s QC/QA Program; understand the expectations for specific items of work and ensure that specified quality is being provided.
Profitability - focus on means/methods to continually improve the efficiency of our operation, shorten the construction duration and, thereby, reduce general conditions costs.
BA/BS + eight years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- experience in vertical construction in the DC area
