Position Title Acquisition Management Specialist

AECOM has an opportunity for an Acquisition Management Specialist at our APG, MD location. As a member of the PM Mission Command team, provide acquisition management assistance in conjunction with a Government task leader for the preparation and review of the following documents, including but not limited to: Acquisition Program, Planning and Execution; Contracts; Task Order; Contract Modifications; and Incentive Fee Assessment. Provides program documentation assistance in conjuction with a Government task leader for the preparation and review of Army Systems Acquisition Review (ASARC) documentation and briefings. Coordinate with Acquisition and Contracting Centers to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with all applicable law, policy, and regulations. Provide strategic planning assistance in developing market surveys, budget forecasts, and technology insertion. Assist in preparing requirement documents, specifications, statements of work, bills of material, drawings, and other acquisition documentation. Provide program assistance in schedule analysis, deliverable tracking, cost analysis, and suspense tracking. Participate in meetings, conferences, and program reviews in support of PM Mission Command and PEO C3T programs/projects.- Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with at least 8 years of job-related experience, or equivalent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Working knowledge with word-processing, database, spreadsheets, and integrated software applications. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Master’s degree preferred. Knowledge and/or experience with Army Common Operating Environment and Mission Command systems.
